Captured at the Dorchester Jail, Shania sits on the floor in the most active hall. Behind her, a very visible white, smiling figure appears--showing only half its face.
While Shania's under estes, the Spirit Talker says "Arm," and in that same instance, we see an orb float over Shania's arm (to right of screen.)

* The Estes Method blocks an investigator’s sight and hearing with a blindfold and radio-static headphones so they can shout out words heard from a spirit box without knowing the questions being asked by the team.
A Ghostly Touch
Frederick was a dedicated security guard who helped evacuate guests during a major fire and continued to patrol the halls and tunnels, even in the dead of winter when the hotel was empty. While investigating the tunnels, Shania heard keys jingling, prompting Megan to take a polaroid photo, capturing his white, ghostly figure.
